In short: you get texts only about appointments you booked. Reply C to confirm, R to reschedule, STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Program description

NoShow AI Appointment Reminders sends text messages on behalf of businesses such as dental practices, salons, and barbershops, to remind their clients about upcoming appointments. Messages identify the business you booked with. You can reply to confirm your appointment, ask to reschedule, or send a message to the business.

These messages are about your appointments only. We never send marketing texts.

2. How you sign up

You receive reminders because you gave your mobile number to the business when booking and agreed to receive appointment reminders by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your bookings: typically one or two reminders before each appointment, plus replies to messages you send.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message and no further texts from this number.
Reply START to receive texts again.
Reply HELP for help, or email hello@noshow247.com. For questions about your appointment, contact the business you booked with.

6. Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
